How much do you charge for shipping?
We offer FREE standard shipping for orders over CAD $100 to any place in Canada. We would like you to enjoy the complimentary shipping service. If you live outside Canada, please contact us regarding shipping your order.
When will my order arrive?
Orders are generally shipped within 24 hours. Orders from Atlantic Canada (PE, NS, NB, NL) will be delivered in 5 business days. Orders from other provinces will be delivered in 10 business days. Remote locations can take longer. Orders might be delayed if there is a storm in PEI.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
What's your return policy?
If you do not like the item or the size does not fit, you can return the item to us within 30 days from the date you receive it. We offer free exchange for size & colour for every order in Canada. Simply select the “exchange” button and choose the new size and colour you want. The exchange will be free the first time. If the product is defective, you can return or exchange it for free.
For orders in Atlantic Canada, returns are free. For other provinces, a re-stock charge of $15 will be applied to returns. The charge will be deducted from the refund. The $15 re-stock fee will apply to exchanges after the first exchange.
Sales items will not be refunded, you can make an exchange or receive credit. Credit can only be used to buy CJ products.
To make an exchange please go to “My Order” and choose “Return My Order” to see further instructions. Please note that you will be charged a “Process & Re-Stock Fee” for the returned item.
Make sure the merchandise you return is in its original condition, tags included, otherwise we will be unable to accept your return.

Click the 'Create Return' button and complete the steps.
Print (2) copies of the label, attach one outside the box and include one inside the box.
Within 2 business days, drop off your package at your local FedEx ground drop-off center or call FedEx at 1-800-463-3339 to arrange a pick-up.
How can I receive refund?
Refunds are processed as fast as possible following the receipt of your package at our distribution center. Please allow 3-5 business days after the refund is issued for it to appear on your issuing bank statement.
